Architectural ArchiCAD Technician, Auckland, circa $85k
Immediate opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician to work for a well-known Auckland practice, offering a competitive salary and challenging projects.
Working as part of the design team, you will provide technical and design support to ensure projects meet the practice's high standards. Focusing on the planning and detailed design stages, your architectural and ArchiCAD expertise will be the backbone of projects, providing practical and workable design solutions to a diverse portfolio of projects.
To be considered for this role, you:
- will possess a minimum of 5 years’ architectural experience, working extensively in the commercial sector
- be technically very strong with a good working knowledge of current NZ building regulations and confidence in producing detailed design-drawing packages
- be ArchiCAD proficient and able to produce detailed architectural drawings quickly and efficiently
- must be able to work independently or as part of a team and have a great attitude and work ethic.
