Revit / BIM Specialist, Auckland, circa $110k
Leading Design Practice require experienced Revit / BIM Specialist
Working in a very busy design office you will be responsible for the development of building information modelling (BIM) and Revit optimisation for the numerous architectural projects that the team is working on.
Your role will be to coordinate project BIM deliverables and data. As an expert in Revit, you will oversee projects and ensure that all documentation meets statutory requirements as well as the company’s very exacting standards. You will train and assist Architects and Technicians in maximising Revit and BIM applications as well as talking a hands-on approach to individual projects when an extra CAD resource is necessary.
To be considered for this role you will possess:
- a minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a 3D design environment utilising Revit
- a functional understanding of BIM
- an architectural background, with practical design and delivery experience
- large project experience
- a thorough understanding of NZ building codes and requirements
